Mastermind Abdul Karim alias Tunda and Hameeduddin could not be produced in the court due to lack of Challani guard. The witnesses also remained absent. On this, the TADA court has summoned one witness with an arrest warrant and four others with summons for the next production. Testimony will now run continuously from December 20 to December 23.

Lawyer Abdul Rashid told that the prosecution’s testimony will start from December 20. On 20 December, policeman Ambalal Gurjar was summoned with an arrest warrant and other witnesses. Similarly, on December 21, 22 and 23, other witnesses have also been summoned. In these sections, the accused accused Syed Abdul Karim Tunda – Bhadans. Section 120B of the TADA Act, Section 3(3)3(2)5, 6, read Section 120B. Id., Sections 3 and 4 (A) (B) 9 (B) of the Explosive Substances Act, read 120B, Section 4, and 120B of the Prevention of Loss of Public Property Act. Section 150, 151 read with section 120B of Railway Act, section 302,307,324, 326, 436 read 120B of Indian Penal Code.

28 year old case

In the case, 16 including the main accused Dr. Jalees Ansari got life imprisonment in the year 2004. Of these, four were acquitted by the Supreme Court.

1993 – Bomb blasts in trains in Surat, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Lucknow and Kanpur on the first anniversary of the demolition of the disputed structure.

2000 – Irfan arrested.

2004 – Life imprisonment for 16 accused including Dr. Jalees Ansari in the original case, later 4 accused were acquitted by the Supreme Court. 2010 – Hameeduddin arrested.

2013 – August – Tunda is caught by Delhi Police from Nepal border.
