The accused used to cheat by making fake documents
DCP (West) Richa Tomar said that the arrested accused Rahul Shekhawat alias Kaluram is a resident of SKM, Police Station Rawla in Sriganganagar district. Four police uniforms, fake ID cards (ACB Inspector Rajasthan, Police Inspector, Excise Inspector) have been recovered from the possession of Rahul Shekhawat. Apart from this, 14 seals of 11 police and administrative officers have been seized. In the interrogation, the police said that Rahul used to cheat people by making fake documents in the name of recruitment. Apart from this, three mobile phones and two luxury cars have also been recovered.
When caught, the mob started lashing out at the police
Jhotwara police station in-charge Ghanshyam Singh said that grocery trader Manish Rawat had lodged a case on Sunday. It was told that the inspector would come to take delivery of the goods only on October 17. Police’s special team reached the shop already to arrest Rahul Shekhawat. Like Rahul Shekhawat wearing a police uniform reached the departmental store to take delivery of goods. Then constables Balram and Maliram caught Rahul. He lashed out at both the policemen and said that he is a police inspector in ACB. The vicious thug also threatened me and said that you do not know me. However, both the police officers took him to Jhotwara police station. He was remanded after being produced in the court on Monday. At present, the police is interrogating the accused.
